What We Do

An institution for entrepreneurial formation. We work alongside exceptional founders while they build, help them develop the intellectual capacity and the executional spine their ambitions demand, and back the ones who prove themselves.
In practice, that means a three-month engagement with founders, intellectual formation and execution run together under close observation. Applications are rolling, and we take founders on as they come. The program is what we give founders. It is also how we come to know them better than anyone else will.
Intellectual Formation
Directed reading and writing across history, innovation, entrepreneurship, science, psychology, sociology, economics, political theory, the philosophy of heroism, and the biographies of exceptional builders. As a civilizational builder, this develops your market intelligence, sharpens your strategic acumen, and deepens your ability to understand the world more accurately.
Strategic Execution
Validation, product, talent, distribution, compliance, fundraising, strategy. We drill and pressure-test whatever is breaking that week, and work on the thing standing in the way this month.
